For more than 30 years Michael Corrente and Pino Salerno’s names have been synonymous with a string of successful hospitality ventures including Stella Blu Café Dee Why Beach, Stella Blu Kitchen and Pizzeria Glenrose Village, Blu Water Grill in Hornsby, Blue Ginger and the award-winning Chon Thai both in Balmain.
In 2017, the business partners moved to Drummoyne, taking up residence in the site which was previously the Drummoyne Rowing Club. Situated along the foreshore of the Iron Cove at Sisters Bay with stunning waterfront views overlooking the Parramatta River and Rodd Island, the site has been completely restored and has undergone a complete renovation resulting in a first-class venue.
Paying homage to their Italian heritage, Michael and Pino have scouted a talented culinary team from various regions across the boot-shaped peninsula, including head chef Carmine Moffa, to deliver a contemporary seasonally inspired Italian-based menu. Aqua Luna Waterfront Dining is open to private functions seven days a week. The venue boasts four function spaces complete with a stunning waterfront backdrop - each ideally suited to cater for any function be it an intimate family celebration, large-scale corporate event or grand wedding.
The duo pride themselves on delivering beyond expectations and credit their success to ensuring they always create a unique and memorable experience for each client and their guests. Michael and Pino’s passion for fine food and first-class service assures that Aqua Luna Waterfront Dining offers a premium venue, providing guests with a personal yet exceptional experience.
